The above prices are inclusive of breakfast , tax and service charge.
Single or double is the same price. Baby cot is free of charge. Maximum 2 children in 1 paying villa.
The third person or children 12 years up will be charged an Extra Bed price 800. - Baht per night/included breakfast.
Child below 3-11 years sharing existing bed with parent is free of charge except paying breakfast at 150.- Baht per day.
Check -Out Time is 12.00 a.m. and check -In Time is 14.00 p.m.
We’ll try our best to accommodate guests who arrive before time.
Late check out after 16.00 p.m. = 1 night full rate charge.
Compulsory Gala Dinner :-
- Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) @ 1,500 Thai baht / adult and 750 Thai baht / child 3-11 years.
- New Year Eve (Dec. 31) @ 1,500 Thai baht / adult and 750 Thai baht / child 3-11 years.
- Child from infant to 2 years old is free of charge.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Deposit of 100 % booking value is required to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation of less than 15 days in Festival, 7 days in high season and 72 hours in green season will be subject to 1 night full rate charge. No show = 1 night full rate charge.
In case of refund, we’ll deduct off 10 % from the deposit cost for tax and bank’s fee.

Meal Rates:
Breakfast for child 3-11 years 150. - Baht per pax per day/Breakfast for child 0-2 years free of charge per pax per day/Breakfast for child 12 years and adult 300. - Baht per pax per day.

Transportation Prices:
    From Trang Town or Trang Airport : by private car/mini-van to Kuan Tung Ku Pier(Koh Mook Pier) 1,200.- Baht per way, and speed boat from pier to Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort 500.- Baht per person per way.
    Child 3-11 years pays 50 % = 250. - Baht per pax per way. (Minimum 2 people charged.)

    From Krabi Airport : by private car/mini-van to Kuan Tung Ku Pier (Koh Mook Pier) 3,000.-Baht per way, and speed boat  from pier to Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort 500.- Baht per person per way. Child 3-11 years pays 50 % = 250. - Baht per pax per way. (Minimum 2 people charged.)
